As wonderful as it was to tuck away and hide from the everyday happenings we jumped right back into the swing of things quickly. This weekend was invigorating with loads of family time due to Cameron's brother being in town and Monday was pure exhaustion filled with friends and a meeting with a catering company! Me and Cameron managed to slip away for 2 meals sans children. How that happened twice within three days of each other beats me, especially since we haven't been on a date since way before Christmas. We were passed due.
We made a trip to the library where my big girl sat beautifully and participated shyly where my busy two year old struggled to stay in one place for the first twenty minutes then decided to run away nearly 5 times during the last 10. And girlfriend can run fast.

Tuesdays are our busy days. In fact, it's so busy that we developed a new weekly tradition. Crock pot Tuesdays. We have dance at 10am for Raygan, Cameron has school in the evening from 5-7 and Remy starts ballet tonight for the first time at 630. Therefore crock pot Tuesdays. I'm so excited for her first day of dance class and totally have the mama jitters all at once! Will she scream her brains out like her sister did the first couple weeks of two year old ballet, or has over a year of watching her sister do ballet prepped her? We shall see!
In the midst of my hideout I apparently didn't feel the need to grocery shop because we're pretty much out of everything! We ate everything in this household, at least it seems like that! So add that to our to do list for our busiest day of the week...great.
